Biryani Masala is a blend of whole spices which are powdered. This masala is used while making biryani as it adds immense flavor.
Ingredients:
3 tbsp Cumin Seeds
6 tbsp Coriander Seeds
3-4 Bay Leaves
1 tbsp Dagad Phool
3 Cinnamon
10-15 Cloves
2 Jayvitri
20-25 Black Pepper
2 Masala Cardamom
Method:
- In a mixer grinder add cumin seeds and coriander seeds. Grind everything to a powder.
- Then add bay leaves, dagad phool, cinnamon, cloves, jayvitri, balck pepper and masala cardamom. Grind everything coarsely.
- Biryani Masala is ready to be used.
